Birdcastle, a local Class C school in Egypt, struggled with a weak reputation, limited profits, and no clear path to growth. Their challenges included:

  • Marketing & Social Media: Developed and managed their social media channels, creating targeted strategies that boosted engagement, alongside a broader marketing plan to increase visibility and enrollment.

  • Business Growth: Devised a strategic plan that raised yearly profits, opened three new local branches, and expanded Birdcastle’s reach internationally within six months.
